First off, unsure if I chose the right component, please change if wrong.

Installed packagekit and gnome-packagekit.

/etc/sysconfig/security had PERMISSION_SECURITY="secure local" when it has to
be PERMISSION_SECURITY="easy local" for packagekit to work.
