This i never encountered before.
Only one desktop, setting to 8 makes no difference: stays one.
Pager only one row setting possible..
All apps startup in this 'display' ofcourse, and forgot where to reside..
FF3.0b4, starts without any plugin installed, many systemtray apps, don't show
up at all.
Restarting brought the original 8 desktop, 2 rows, and most apps loaded, ff
still no plug-ins.
Restarting brought ff with plugins installed, but the large pager showing, only
one desktop.
