Yes, we could probably do that, since the devices are whitelisted in the
hid2hci binary and it won't do anything to adapters that are not needing that.
One problem is, that you still need to do "insserv bluetooth", since the
bluetooth subsystem won't get started by the hotplug infrastructure (there is
no bluetooth adapter until you do "hid2hci"...) and i don't want to start it by
default on machines without BT adapter...
(It would cause problems for people that use their HID dongle as a HID dongle,
without all the bluez stuff for example...)
