This one is about the TV encoder not being able to find out that nothing is
connected. We either have the according option added to xorg.conf, or we
haven't seen this issue yet. But I'm very inclined to disable TV output support
in the intel driver completely, and adding the option to xorg.conf by a SaX
profile is the easier solution if it deems necessary.
