To be honest I haven't tried booting the latest kISO without using the noapic
option. Usually (with stock 2.6.18 and 2.6.22 kernels) I get a kernel panic
and a full system halt before the kernel is fully loaded. I will try loading
the kISO without noapic.
Just for reference... this is the cat /proc/interrupts from the same computer
running 10.2 (2.6.18.8-0.3-bigsmp kernel).
