Since the Qt3 -> Qt4 change, the licence dialogs are always scrolled to the
bottom, i.e. only the last lines of the licence are shown.

Expected: They scrolled to the top; then one can read the package name and can
start reading the licence from the top.

Reproduce: Install/Reinstall a non-OSS package which shows a licence dialog
such as Flash, Java etc.
