I have executed sax2 in KDE session. When I clicked on keyboard, it selected an
Afganistan keyboard layout. This is probably because Afganistan is the first
item in the list. (I don't like this behavior., please consider this as another
bug.)

But I wondered why the layout was set immediately. Before I clicked any button
like "O.K." or "Save" I wrote from left side to the right side with characters
which I can't read.

Btw. The keyboard type is detected wrongly. Whom should I fill this bug?
