Ok, I found it :-)
So to see if hal-storage-cleanup-all-mountpoints runs, I replaced the binary
with a script that echo text to a tmp file.
After a restart, my tmp file had been populated with the text, so that proves
that it does run it.
Is there a way to run it manually? (When trying, it tells me that only hald can
run it)
