Checkinstall was not packaged with openSUSE-11.0 alpha2 nor alpha3.

Checkinstall is a key package that enable's openSUSE users, who do custom
application builds specifically for their own PC, to include the tracking of
those builds in their PC's rpm database, without having to go through the extra
steps/environment associated with building nominal (more complete) rpms.

It is requested that checkinstall be packaged with openSUSE-11.0.

If a decision was not made to include checkinstall, please advise ASAP so that
3rd party packagers can be requested to package it for openSUSE-11.0.
