This applies to 10.3 as well as 11.0 A3.

$ yast2 firewall services list

does not include services defined in /etc/SuSEfirewall2.d/services , although
they are shown in the GUI.

They can not be used with "yast2 firewall services add service=<service>"
either.

Perhaps a ReadServicesDefinedByRPMPackages() call is missing in the command
line interface?
