#mount /dev/disk/by-id/usb-Freecom_Freecom_ToughDrivePro_152D203380B6-0:0
/media/disk -t ntfs-3g
Failed to read bootsector (size=0)
Failed to mount '/dev/sdc': Invalid argument
The device '/dev/sdc' doesn't have a valid NTFS.
Maybe you selected the wrong device? Or the whole disk instead of a
partition (e.g. /dev/hda, not /dev/hda1)? Or the other way around?
# mount /dev/sdc1 /media/disk -t ntfs-3gntfs-3g: Failed to access volume
'/dev/sdc1': No such file or directory
Please type '/sbin/mount.ntfs-3g --help' for more information.
As it appears it doesn't see the partition, hence no /dev/sdc1
