write_net_rules with kernel name match

Great! Thanks! Here is a new persistent network rule generator script.

Delete the, for duplicated MAC addresses broken, rules:
  /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules

Replace /lib/udev/write_net_rules with the attached file.

Reboot, or run:
  udevadm trigger --subsystem-match=net

and look at:
  /sys/class/net/
and the re-generated rules file.
