No, only bundle-lang-kde-de is installed.
As far as I understand it, if no language bundle is installed, the KDE4 default
language is US-English. As soon as I install the German language bundle
(bundle-lang-kde-de) the KDE4 interface is set by default to German for all
user accounts and it's not possible to switch certain user accounts back to the
build-in US-English, because US-English is simply not listed at System Settings
-> Regional & Language -> Country/Region & Language -> Locale.
AFAIK the language bundle bundle-lang-kde-en is for British-English only,
right? US-English is build-in, so there's no separate language bundle for
US-English. The only problem is, that US-English is just not listed at System
Settings -> Regional & Language -> Country/Region & Language -> Locale.
