When only a single "disconnected IMAP" mail server is specified, KMail works
just fine. When I attempt to add a second one, KMail accepts it dutifully, but
if I close KMail after this, the second IMAP server disappears. If I try to
read new mail, KMail attempts to read mails from the second server as well, but
crashes at the end.

Observed with KMail 1.9.50 from factory (package kde4-kmail-4.0.65-8.4).
