[Bug 340345] zypper fail to upgrade when ONE package does not download

I'll add a simple 'ignore' option to the change media dialog soon, but i
believe this make sense only if the user know what dependencies (if any) will
be broken by ignoring the failed package. A solver run is needed there to
resolve possible dependency problems. I filed an enhancement request FATE
#303527 for this.
