My kmail is connected to a GW-IMAP via SSL. Occasionally kmail does not show
the body of mails. Also the header is truncated. I'll attach two files, first
is plain view from kmail, second is plain view from Thunderbird. Please see the
difference.

I tried restarting kmail, moving the mail to another folder, updated IMAP
cache. No difference. The mail is incomplete and I can't read the body.
