Evolution: Account defaults not being used automatically

- Two accounts
      account 1: one@xxxxxxx
      account 2: two@xxxxxxx
- define to automatically bcc:
     edit->pref->select account->edit->defaults->always bcc
- create new email with account 2:
     bcc field is set up correctly
- create new email with account 1:
     bcc field is **not** set up correctly

One needs to first switch the account (using the combo box when writing the new
mail) in order to get the bcc field set up correctly.
