There is some minor incompatibility - that's for KDE4 packages which were not built against Qt 4.4, right?

Stephan, You are correct. The packages are 4.0.1 built against 4.3 and not KDE 4.0.63 (or pre 4.1) that is built against 4.4. Thanks for the quick answer and resolution, I will close.
