A green signalizes that everything is fine, while a yellow or red icon shows
that the user should install patches. We want to encourage the user to install
available patches. But we don't want to demand to update every package (for
example from factory) if a later version is available. Therefore the updater's
icon is green if only package updates are available.
I close this bug as 'invalid' because the updater behaves like expected.
If you know use cases where this behavior is unacceptable please reopen this
bug and change it to 'enhancement'.
