Yes. The java-1_6_0-sun package is available for i586 and a x86_64.
Unfortunatelly some of thinks, like javaplugin are not ported to 64bit version
by Sun. So there's a package java_1_6_0-sun-plugin only for 32bit. Due the bug
in spec, the previous versions Requires the java-1_6_0-sun only, so the 64bit
java-1_6_0-sun and a 32bit java-1_6_0-sun-plugin should be installed in one
system. But this is a bug, because the 32bit plugin doesn't work with 64bit
JVM.

So the last version of javaplugin contains more strict dependencies to a
java-1_6_0-sun-{32,64}. This causes the dependency problem during update,
because there's no java-1_6_0-sun-32 on your system.
