It came out that the installation there did not come that far and this bug is
valid.
With vncviewer, the installation already hangs at the timezone settings very
early before any package is tried to be installed.
This seem to come from the graphics added to the timezone yast module:

Now he also runs into this.
Houston..., we have a problem.
