As far as I know Installation currently uses IceWM instead of Fvwm and should
use it in the future too.

Language.ycp contains:
if (Stage::initial () && !GetTextMode ())
{
    // update font for windowmanager windows
    SCR::Write (.FvwmCommand.lang, lang);
}

The agent source is here:

It currently occupies memory during installation but doesn't seem to do
anything useful.

1.) We probably don't need this agent anymore, please, sell it to someone else
    or silent him :) (Jsuchome)

2.) Don't we need such/similar functionality for IceWM? (Coolo?)
