Not quite:

I can now browse it and copy from it, but I can not write to it.

There is no entry in /etc/fstab, so it's probably automounted. Removing and
reinserting achieves nothing.

Trying to chown / chmod it results in 

chown: changing ownership of `/media/SD2-4GB': Read-only file system
chmod: changing permissions of `/media/SD2-4GB/Dokument1.txt.pgp': Read-only
file system

"That windows does not complain is no proof the card is fully consistent."

I did an CHKDSK /f E: on it returning:

C:\>chkdsk /f E:
