There's no way how to add a custom resulution in sax2. I have a projector
with 1280x720 but that resolution is not available and there's no possibility
how to add it manually, rendering the device half-unusable.

I tried to add it to /usr/share/sax/api/data/MonitorResolution hoping it would
get offered in the combo box but the choice is still limited to only two modes
800x600 and 1024x768, independent of what I do in the UI.
