I found out, that some strange things happens, if i connect to the host over a
remote nx-Session. 

In this session, the permissions for /dev/hda (cdrom) or /dev/sr0 (without xen)
will not be changed to the user, specially no additionals ace in the acl will
be set.

Thus, i will change the bug to invalid.
