The php5 package can not be build in Factory, because of lacking packages
ming-devel and qdbm-devel . We either need to move these packages to Factory or
fix the

BuildRequires:  ming-devel qdbm-devel

statement. Factory is built as well in OBS, you had most likely something other
in mind ...
