This looks really strange. There are not much changes from dmraid 10.2 to 10.3
and there should not be any changes in the nvidia part of metadata handling.

Can you please provide the metadata itself as it gets dumped by dmraid -rD ?
It dumps to several files, please tar them up and provide this as attachment
for both 10.2 and 10.3.
