The new gstreamer packages have the wrong Obsoletes.  They have things like:

# Name up to 10.3:                                                              
Provides:       gstreamer010-plugins-base = %{version}
Obsoletes:      gstreamer010-plugins-base <= %{version}


According to http://en.opensuse.org/Upgrade_Dependencies#Renaming_a_package it
the obsoletes should be < not <=.

This seems to be preventing the base and good plugins from updating  with
zypper (seem to be ignored).
