[Bug 337003] system crash on data transfer - driver problem with Intel 3 Series chipset ?

In addition to the above can you please supply the output of 'lspci -vv' and
'ethtool -S eth0'. It's also strange that we can't see the driver loading in
the dmesg. Can somebody look at that and get back to us? We were looking for
error messages from the driver which don't appear to be there either.
