First: yes, the problem happens on sles10sp1, there is just no possibility to
choose sles10 as product, and I seem to be unable to create a service request
via the customer center, I tried, but some on some mandatory fields I cannot
select sth. and therefore I am unable to submit the form.

Second: The server has 2GB of RAM, dom0_min_mem=0 because I do not want
ballooning in the dom0. The dom0_mem=300M is also fix. I use the linux-ha Xen
resource scripts to calculate the RAM for the running domU's before start of a
new domU and after shutting down a domU. The dom0 needs to be fixed, to ease
the calculation.
With dom0_min_mem it immediately says there is not enough memory available,
with dom0_min_mem=192 it tries to balloon the dom0, but then it fails, because
there is not enough free memory.
Third: thanks for pointing out, that was new to me, I was not aware of a
maximum amount of network interfaces per domU. Nevertheless, on 10.3 I had it
running with 4 domU's, and each had at least 9 virtual interfaces, one or two
had 10. All four were running in parallel without showing that problem.
which xen version will be in sles10SP2?
