[Bug 355535] Check responsiveness for login management configuration

The screen refresh does not break today. I get a locked session from the
screensaver as expected. (I guess that my recent X server and Nvidia update has
got an effect.)
I still do not get a reaction from the configuration display after several
hours. Is my report related to the open issue "System administration in KDE
broken." (Bug #355374)?
