There's no y2log file in this bug report, only config.xml attached as comment
4.

I still don't know how the file you have attached is related to the product
creator. Did you import it somehow? Or are you referencing to it somehow inside
your real config?

Yes, product creator creates config.xml file, that's actually its task, to
create kiwi configuration and call kiwi. 
The resulting config.xml should be located by default under
/var/lib/YaST2/product-creator/images/<name-of-your-config>
