Well, there isn't really a description for the saved search. At best,
mouseover may (depending on your browser) show you the query, which is more or
less human-readable.
I've looked at other bugzillas for the sake of comparison.
bugzilla.mozilla.org has an identical "My Bugs" saved search. Since they're
the canonical upstream bugzilla, it may be that this is how it works out of the
box.
bugzilla.gnome.org has http://bugzilla.gnome.org/describeuser.cgi which shows a
variety of information, evidently the results of several queries presented
neatly in one page. I'll attach a screenshot. This might be a useful
enhancement. I believe their bugzilla hacks are in public svn.
