[Bug 350963] Intel Gigabit Ethernet e1000 NIC hangs under high network loads

I can confirm that the problem seams to be caused by the ASRock K7VT4APro or
the KT400 chipset.
Since I had a spare AMD 3000 CPU I upgraded my server. I selected a ASRock
939NF6G-VSTA board (nForce 430 chipset). In this configuration the 82541PI runs
without any problems.
