I have received a link from Michael Skibbe which contains a set of preliminary
RPMs related to bug #337075.

Those RPMs have been renamed from xntp* to ntp* which is IMHO the correct name.
Xntp is associated with the implementation of the NTP protocol version 3, which
is outdated for many years now.

Also the file path for the additional NTP docs has changed to
/usr/share/doc/packages/ntp-doc/

Maybe this should be changed in the help text again.
