I've had someone report this to me some time ago when I was still using 10.2,
but I thought it was a one-time bug.
Today I had to manually fix a 10.3 install and it was still present on that
computer, and it is still present on my fully-updated install.
grub version is grub-0.97-82 . When using tab, tabs are echoed instead of
completion working.
