Looks like the following commands could help to improve the situation a little
bit:
ethtool -K eth0 tso off
ethtool -s eth0 autoneg off duplex full
It doesn't solve the problem but the problem doesn't happen so often. Maybe
every 5 minutes instead of every minute. The second command seams to be only
needed so that the tso off takes effect.
