fglrx -> WONT/CANTFIX. Complain to ATI.

If there is anybody without proprietary drivers still seeing this bug, please
reopen (or maybe better: just file a new one, since this one is already hard to
understand and extract the relevant information from).

For those with proprietary drivers: please reproduce without (and then file a
new bug), or complain to the driver authors.
