The error message you get can't be related if the rest of your description is
correct.
Then you did something wrong.
rpm -V seamonkey
would never give that output ;-)

I'm just testing 1.1.7-0.1 and can't reproduce.
I can however. Do you have a master-password set (I have)? Do you have more
than one profile (I have)? I'll attach a screen-shot.

Do you get any output with rpm -V seamonkey?Sure: seamonkey-1.1.7-0.1
Then you did something wrong.
rpm -V seamonkey
would never give that output ;-)
