[Bug 347175] Command line parsing in init script boot/02-start. sh not working correctly

I (think) I have found the root cause, which is quite simple:
you cannot assign to positional parameters, so, any cmdline-parameter that
equals a number will cause this behaviour.
The last "eval" expression should be enabled to distinguish between plain
numbers and other characters / strings.
