patch to add graphical headlines on help.o.o

(still waiting for SVN write access)

This patch adds the graphical headlines to help.o.o

Notes:
- the english image starts with a lowercase "o" - uppercase would be better
- index.html.nl uses the english image (identical text)
- the image for italian (index.html.it) is still missing

BTW: It might be a nice idea to enhance the apache config with
    <Files index.html*>
        ForceType text/html
    </Files>
