[Bug 251178] Changing brightness with Toshiba laptop is broken after restart from hibernation

If I hibernate my Toshiba Satelite A40-231 using Power Manager after starting
the computer it has the maximum brightness, but fn+F6 and fn+f7 work and I can
change the brightness.
I have still a strange problem when I hibernate my laptop by closing it (not
using power manager applet). After I start my computer the brightness is less
then minimal - I can see almost notting - the screen is very dark. fn+F6 and
fn+f7 do not work - I must restart the computer.
