No, there a no log files at that point.
Attaching to screenshots.
In 1.png, I manually type the following in boot options;
"install=ftp://192.168.1.109/opensuse/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-sourc";
In 2.png, I hit F4 and specified "192.168.1.109" server and
"opensuse/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-sourc" as the path.
