This was an oversight. We are actually switching to the new stgt framework for
iSCSI Target services as this is upstream. Hence we didn't include the
iscsitarget kernel modules in 10.3.
The old iscsitarget userland rpms, however, were left on the distribution.
Updated iscsitarget rpms can be retrieved from the openSUSE buildservice,
project
drivers:iscsi
But I'm not sure if we will be shipping the iscsitarget KMPs for 10.3, seeing
that they are available via the buildservice.
