Ok... but first I need some clarification.

I modified /etc/syslog-ng/syslog-ng.conf so that the messages file doesn't
contain everything; for instance, kernel messages are not there, and I assume
you need them.

As I think you need the logs when the problem is happening (right now the clock
is normal), I'll create a new messages file with all except mail and
auth.priv), but I won't have data till the problem happens again.

Will that be OK?

I'll attach the /var/log/messages of the session of the last fault (from boot
to halt).

At this moment (no clock problem):
