The only solution is to use the generic string ("Medium X") which is user for the other URL schema (like ftp:// or http://). Or "Disc X", since both CD and DVD are 'discs'.
But here is yet another solution! Pass the product name or even better a *Medium label* to that callback. Not sure whether we have such thing just yet. I imagine it like this (different media labels for 11.0): - CD media: "OpenSUSE 11.0 CD" - DVD media: "OpenSUSE 11.0 DVD" - FTP: just "OpenSUSE 11.0" Then we can show a message like this when requesting media (media::MediaChangeReport::WRONG): Please insert 'OpenSUSE 11.0 CD #X' into the drive.
