Alejandro: Can you try latest kernel from here:
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/kernel/kotd/HEAD/

It should have these related patches included:
Alexey Starikovskiy (16):
...
ACPI: power: don't cache power resource state
ACPI: Fan: fan device does not need own structure
ACPI: Fan: Drop force_power_state acpi_device option

"power: don't cache power resource state" sounds most promising, I remember a
very old bug with the HP machines..., there the kernel also relied on outdated
values/assumptions after suspend to disk/ram.

Alexey, can you advise which one could/should go into 10.3...
