Hi everybody,

first of all: thanks for your efforts and suggestions!

As I already mentioned, the redesign of the GNOME start menu is something that
requires more effort than simple bugfixing as is affects a basic component in
GNOME. 
I am not the person to decide, whether there will be any changes or what kind
of changes will be done.
I would suggest that you bring up you arguments and suggestions in one of the
openSUSE GNOME meetings, so they can be evaluated by the persons who are in
charge.
