I'm wondering why IBM Japan is demanding for a tool, which is not provided by
us, and no one at Novell/SuSE ever heart about the tool before?
If you google for "utf-8 text file printing" and only together with "red hat"
you will find as first document:

..where "paps" is presented as the only tool to print out utf-8 text files.
:-(
Maybe we should convince our customer, that we are NOT RedHat. That we provide
our own tools, which ARE present in our product, and which ARE working to print
out utf-8 text files?
