Installer writes something like: "reboot computer without CD in drive" at the
end of 1st stage of installation from live CD. But CD is locked at that moment.
Linux newbies typically don't know anything about mounting, so they should be
informed, that CD is ejectable after halt system from live CD.

I have seen it in Czech version on Live CD. It can be localization problem
only.
